BTB – Food, Hotel & Tourism (FHT) Bali 2006 is the 5th annual international exhibition for equipment, food, beverages and services in support of the Indonesian tourism and hospitality industries. During the course of exhibition, a Salon Culinaire will also be held featuring competitions among hospitality professionals in Bali.

The previous Bali Salon Culinaire 2004 the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa team was awarded The Best Culinary Team. There were over 160 competitors representing 20 hotels and restaurants from Bali, Solo, Jakarta and Surabaya. The Judging team was made up from representatives of Chefs Association from neighboring countries making this a truly International event.

Retail Indonesia is the 4th annual exhibition of international retail technology, equipment, display and storage. Both exhibitions will be held at Bali International Convention Center (BICC) from 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. daily from February 9-11, 2006.
