Menkum Rights Menbudpar – Sidak VoA waitress at Bali’s Ngurah Rai Airport

Budpar.go.id – Minister of Culture and Tourism (Menbudpar) Ir. Jero Wacik, SE together with the Minister of Justice and Human Rights (Human Rights Menkum) Patrialis Akbar make unannounced (sidak) about services Visa on Arrival (V0A) at Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, Sunday (15/11).

In the daytime sidak two Ministers reviewed the management of VoA counters, which as it happened a long line because after a moment had arrived a few planes from abroad in the same time. When the Culture and Tourism Jero Wacik and Ham Mengkum Patrialis find there are six computers in the booth VoA can not be used because of damage. In addition, there are several tools supporting other work that also damaged.

Menkum Ham said, his department will work to improve this VoA management services, so that foreign tourists (tourists) are not disappointed when visiting Bali. We will replace the computer equipment and supporting equipment with new services to foreign tourists, so it will get better, said Minister Patrialis.

In January to September 2009 the number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia through the entrance to Bali’s Ngurah Rai Airport for 1,752,987 people, or up approximately 13.6% compared to same period in 2008. (Pusformas)
