1 Volunteer Team Depart to Bali Sumatera

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Bali region 1 day despatch a team of volunteers consisting of 12 people to West Sumatra to help the earthquake victims. Bali Red Cross team will be on duty for 10 days from the disaster location next October 8-18. Volunteer team departure Bali to Sumatra for the assistance of Australia Indonesia Partnership (AUSAID).

Chairman of the Regional Red Cross Bali I Gusti Bagus Alit Putra in his statement released after the departure of Red Cross volunteer team in Denpasar, Bali area, Wednesday (7/10) delivered a volunteer to depart from Bali is a volunteer who on average have had experience dealing with disasters. So did each volunteer to have their expertise in the field.

“They’ve got a pretty good skill water sanitation, and there are experts shalter, Command Post, and PR and so on, meaning their ability is very adequate in the field,” said I Gusti Bagus Alit Putra.

Chairman of the Regional Red Cross Bali I Gusti Bagus Alit Putra said 12 people volunteer their departure is a departure early stage. Where departure nantinnya volunteer team will be followed by a team of other volunteers will also go with the help of equipment and funding assistance is a contribution from the community in Bali.
